Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays.
Please allow up to 4 business days for shipment, except for special orders. In this case, the customer will be advised by email about the estimated date of shipment.
We ship internationally. After shipment, an email will follow advising you the tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for shipment delays due to customs and couriers.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we’ll be more than happy to solve your issue. However, to qualify a refund, items should be in their original packaging, including the retail receipt and in saleable condition.
In this case, the customer pays the transportation cost for the return.
Prior to returning your item, you are kindly requested to contact us at sales@costis.com. The order number should be mentioned accordingly.
Returns will be accepted for full refund, exchange (in case that the same exact items is in stock) or credit up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
Please allow up to two weeks to process returns. Once your return has been processed, the bank’s procedures determine the number of business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Items eligible for a return/refund/exchange do not include damaged or missing gemstones or diamonds. damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, wear and tear, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
